The hotel staff was nice, they all greeted us. The location was central, right by train station, the centre and a former church.

pleasant staff, very good services, including a lot of good delicacies. huge double room, comfy beds. a microwave, air conditioner, and coffee and tea making equipment were convenient. location not far from the centre, a 4 star establishment and restaurants. also, in a former church or convent.

The double room had all the facilities advertised, including a nice bathroom.

The staff was really helpful and welcoming. Got a new-fashioned, big room with breakfast. the location right by the city center was magnificent and good. Everything was simply perfect.

This place is in a great location, just steps away from an art museum, and close to bars and restaurants making it convenient.

stayed in herentals before and hotel karmel surpassed expectations. comfy beds, spacious rooms, and great design. enjoyed the sauna, pool, and nearby running spots. new restaurants nearby like croatian grill and greek place. clean rooms, well-maintained bathroom. excellent diverse breakfast. easy online check-in and out.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was excellent, right near the bustling Friday market place. The staff provided top-notch service, from the friendly welcome drink to the efficient check-in and check-out process. The room amenities were superb, with heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle added to our comfort. The hotel also offered a spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, providing the perfect opportunity for relaxation.

I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

During my recent stay at a charming hotel in a pretty town, I was really surprised by the comfortable and well-designed rooms. The staff were really nice too accommodate my request for a quiet room, ensuring a peaceful stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the quality of the coffee was really good. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, such as the separated toilet and the need to contact the receptionist for certain services, the overall experience was fantastic.
